Making the World a Better Place One Animal at a Time…
We are a non-profit organization under the laws of the State of Florida. Based on IRS guidelines, we are considered a 501(c)3 with a PENDING application status. Therefore, donations made to the organization are tax deductible under the guidelines of IRS tax code 501(c)3.
Specifically the Corporation is organized for the purpose of the prevention of cruelty to animals. In furtherance of this purpose, the Corporation will, among other things, provide shelter for animals both rescued and/or fostered, provide shelter for stray animals, homes for homeless animals, and provide support of spay/neuter programs. The Corporation will help provide humane education to the public, including but not limited to, instruction on animal cruelty, animal training/behavioral issues, proper animal care and protection, and the importance of spaying/neutering. The organization will work toward building a sanctuary/shelter to house the animals that need a place to live.

While we understand that there are many people that fight for animal rights all over the world, we also understand that people are raised in many different ways and in many different cultures. Therefore, we may not always agree with what others do, and we will do our best to educate people about doing what we feel is best for animals (without “preaching”). However, we will not judge others’ actions. That is up to a higher power to do. 🙂
